Lollipop Chainsaw information

Lollipop Chainsaw – a mix of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and… well, Zombies, is due out in a few months and we here at VGamingNews thought to bring you a nice new trailer and a few titbits of information about the bosses our heroin, Juliet will be hacking to peices.

From the trailer we are introduced to the bosses Juliet will face: Zed, the punk-rockin’ misfit; Vikke, the king of Viking metal; Josey, the master of funk; Mariska, the queen of Psychedelia and there will be many more. To hack and slash through. Ultraviolence and chainsaws are the order of the day in Lollipop Chainsaw.

The soundtrack is put together by Mindless Self Indulgence an electro-metal band who’s music fits perfectly into the style of play, quick, rude and at somepoints, comical. Jimmy Urine, the lead singer will also make an appearance as the voice of Zed. Also, the game will have the voice talents of Tara Strong (Harley Quinn from Arkham City) as Juliet & Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor in Smallville) as the headless boyfriend Nick.

Lollipop Chainsaw is due for a release on PlayStaion 3 and Xbox 360 consoles 15th June 2012.
