Blair Witch VR Is Now On PlayStation VR & PC VR
Earlier in the year, Bloober Team released Layers of Fear VR, a virtual reality rebuild of a psychological horror and despite a few shortcomings with the controls, I rather enjoyed it. Well after a successful launch of Layers as well as Blair Witch, they are back at it with another VR offering – Blair Witch VR Edition.
Blair Witch: VR Edition originally released for Oculus Quest back in 2020 but has now been optimised for both PlayStation and PC VR platforms, and includes rejigged environments that offer new levels of interaction (when compared against the standard version). There are also improved commands for your dog Bullet including the ability to pet him and shake his hand at any point.
To celebrate the occasion, a new live action trailer has been released which also showcases some quality dog petting:
Blair Witch: VR Edition is now available on the PlayStation Store and Steam for £24.99. A deluxe version of Blair Witch: VR Edition including the game, original soundtrack, and Art of Blair Witch digital artbook for £28.99. If VR isn’t your bag but you still want to try the game, Sony are currently offering the non-VR version for £12.49 until the 18th August.
