Gamescom 2021: LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has been missing in action for the last 12 months. While we don’t blame TT Games for hunkering down like Luke on Ahch-To, it would have been nice to get an update every so often. As it turns out, today is the update we’ve been waiting for as we get a look at how the game is progressing and a rough idea when it will be released.
As the name suggests, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will take us on a journey through all nine episodes of the Star Wars franchise that make up the Skywalker Saga. Battles with the Emperor and Darth Maul will appear along side other key moments in the movie series, but with the traditional LEGO twist of humour and silliness.
Along side the epic story, the game will also host the biggest roster of playable characters in the LEGO Star Wars series who are able to wield lightsabers, fire blasters, and even use The Force.
Space and land vehicles are also available to command including, of course, the Millennium Falcon. Resistance X-wings, & podracing on Tatooine will also be available in one package that is shaping up to be a must for any Star Wars fan.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be available in Spring 2022 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch & PC.
