Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Story Trailer
DC Fandome 2021 wasn’t just for Gotham Knights, as Rocksteady have lifted the lid on their next generation game, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League which is also due for release next year. This trailer sees Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and King Shark be coerced into joining Task Force-X to save Metropolis and the world. The one thing standing in their way is the Justice League.
The trailer shows our villains be persuaded (by threat of having their heads blown off) into joining the Suicide Squad (AKA Task Force X). Metropolis is under threat of an alien invasion and its up to the super-villains to stop it. It’s not that straightforward as the Justice League have been compromised and are aiding the aliens in their invasion.
Rocksteady – the team behind the amazing Arkham games have created Metropolis as an open world environment and from the tone of the trailer, it seems like we’ll be having some fun while trying to kill off Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman.
While there has been a lot of cut scenes shown in both trailers we’re hopeful for some gameplay footage soon but for now enjoy the screenshots below. Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC next year.
