Elden Ring DLC Currently In Development
Bandai Namco has announced that Elden Ring will get a DLC expansion in the coming months. Titled Shadow of the Erdtree, FromSoftware’s open world epic looks set to continue the Tarnished’s journey in The Land Between.
Little else is known about the Shadow of the Erdtree add-on, and while it is coming to PlayStation, Xbox and PC, we don’t know exactly when it’ll arrive.
For now, all we have to go on is the title and the key art above, in which we see a very sorry looking Erdtree, with a white figure sitting atop of what looks like our noble steed, Torment.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting an expansion to the epic open world RPG since it was released last year. Especially as it won countless game of the year awards throughout the industry.
It seems we’re in for a little bit of a wait for the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree expansion but at least FromSoft have been consistently supporting the game. It was only a few months ago that the PvP arena was released as a free update.
Elden Ring is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
