Arkedo Series Announced

Sanuk Games have announced the Arkedo Series for the PlayStation Network. This series features three games – Jump! Swap! & Pixel! Each game is a throw back to games of old, so retro graphics, classic MIDI music and no continues are the order of the day.

Jump! is a classic Mario style platform game where the aim is to avoid enemies and defuse bombs before they explode. As mentioned, there are no continues so once all the lives are lost, it’s back to the start.

Swap! takes the form of a classic match-4 block game. By swapping coloured blocks and matching four in a row, the goal is to stop the screen filling up. A range of power ups such as time freezes aid in achieving this.

Pixel! is an old school adventure game staring Pix the Cat. Navigating around mazes and collecting items, this is more of a James Pond esq experience.
