The King of Fighters XIII Dated for the PS3 and Xbox 360

The UK experts in Japanese games, Rising Star Games today announced that the XIII instalment of the multi-award winning franchise, The King of Fighters, will be released in the UK on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. The King of Fighters XIII will be available just in time for Christmas too, with a late November release date.

With a release date of the 25th November 2011, The King of Fighters is a dream festival of SNK’s 2D fighting series and a household name in the genre. Hugely improved features include global online play with optimised netcode. There are now also over 30 characters to choose from, and fan favourite Mai returns. Vast improvements have been made to gameplay as well, with new NEO MAX super special moves, faster gameplay, and refined visuals & in-game camera.

What’s more is that for those of us who pre-order the game, they will get a four disc soundtrack from the entire series, which makes preordering all the more important!
