Just Dance, it’s the casual gaming title from Ubisoft that managed to capture the UK’s imagination and play to the binge drinking culture to sell millions of copies and make people dance in incredibly strange ways on nights in with friends. This game hasn’t managed to capture the imagination of the Japanese, that is, until Nintendo added a very familiar face to the game.

Yes, Nintendo have authorised for their mascot and ever-present leader, Mario, to be included in the game. These tweaks, alongside the strong promotion of the game has led Just Dance to sell over 100,000 copies of the edition in the opening weekend. Which is a stellar performance for third party titles in Japan on the Wii at the moment.

Unfortunately, this means that we’re not going to see the Just Dance Mario track in the UK; but the question is, should we? You can see the full dance and menu screens on YouTube here.
