The PlayStation Network Seems To Be Down
Sony seem to be having trouble with the PlayStation Network across all platforms as users around the globe are reporting issues signing into various games like Elden Ring and GT7.

A demo has been made available for Konami’s rival to Fifa. Pro Evolution Soccer, or Pro Evo or even PES has been released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and this time they are hoping to get the jump on EA as their campaign starts early.
ToeJam And Earl to release on the PSN
1991 Mega Drive hit ToeJam & Earl and its sequel – Panic on Funkotron will be released on the PlayStation Network as part of Sega’s Vintage Collection, which already has the Jet Set Radio and Gunstar Heroes. ToeJam & Earl are already available on the virtual console on the Nintendo Wii, however with Sony’s rules stating that every game must have trophies these will be added to the PSN version.
Sega confirm Yakuza HD and Sonic Adventure 2
Sega have finally confirmed that there will be HD versions of Yakuza 1 and 2. That is until the listing was removed from their Japanese launch schedule. It was penned for a 1st November release. Anderiasang.com managed to get a screen shot before it was taken down.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure HD Gets a release
Capcom announced at San Diego Comic-Con that they will be bringing a HD version of JoJo’s Bizarre adventure to the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace. The game is based on Japanese Manga of the same name and originally started as an arcade machine. It will feature the same fighting styles as Capcom’s other titles however unlike Street Fighter, Marvel Vs Capcom et al, things are slightly different.
Nights into Dreams in HD Makeover
Sega have finally confirmed that Nights Into Dreams will be seeing a HD remake for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC and will be released in the Autumn. The game will be a download only title and not have a physical boxed release. The game was originally released on Sega Saturn and was a popular new franchise for the console. Nights also made appearances on the Dreamcast and PlayStation 2 and a follow up for the Nintendo Wii in 2007.
Expendables now turned into a game
Not content with blowing everything up on screen, Sylvester Stallone and crew have made it onto a video game. Yes there will be a video game based upon the latest Expendables film. Created by Ubisoft, the game brings together 4 of the baddest members of the Expendables crew – Barney Ross (Stallone), Gunner Jensen (Lundgren), Hale Caesar (Crews) and Yin Yang (Li) to save a Billionaire from bad guys.
Sony Suspending PSN only in South Korea though
Sony has decided to suspend the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3 and Vita consoles in South Korea while it changes the way under 18s register for the service. The reason for this is that a change of law in the country means under 18s cannot be required to give their real names or ages when they register.
Okami HD announced for PS3 and will use Move
Capcom have today announced that Okami – the suprubbly hand drawn adventure game from the PlayStation 2 era will be hitting the PlayStation Network and will featured updated graphics and full trophy support. This is not the standard rehash that is starting to come ever more apparent on the current consoles – oh no, this Okami will also feature PlayStation Move controls to give an extra added dimension when creating those brush strokes.
Rainbow Moon launching July
Eastasiasoft may not be a familiar developer that people recognise but they have finally announced the release date of their brand new Role-Playing Game. Rainbow Moon an isometric 3D RPG like a throw back to the Shining Force/Super Mario RPG days of old will be launching on the PlayStation Network from 4th July.
