Insomniac No Longer Working on Resistance Series

Insomniac, the developer that created the PS3 title Resistance 1-3, will no longer be working on the series of games. A video was made to explain the decision:

“Some of you may have seen the headlines we inadvertently made through an interview I did, where I confirmed that we are not making any more Resistance games,” Insomniac pronounced. “Now this is not the first time that those of us at Insomniac have said this, but today it was big news.”

“So I did want to confirm it, face to face, that we are not moving on with the Resistance franchise.” Read On

Dr Who and the Eternity Clock First Images

The Big British Castle or BBC as it is more commonly known have teamed up with Sony to bring The Doctor to the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita this year. Dr Who and the Eternity Clock will see Matt Smith as The Doctor accompanied by River Song travel through time to save the Earth from familiar enemies from the TV series. Read On

Darksiders II screenshoots released

Darksiders II is coming. The highly anticipated sequel to the hit 2010 game is due for a release this June. Playing as one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse – Death, people get to expand on the Darksider universe. The game is set at roughly the same time as the first game and will take Death across new maps, cities and dungeons in a mission to prove his brother’s innocence. Read On

Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition announced

Bethesda Softworks have announced that the Ultimate Edition of Fallout: New Vegas will launch on 10th February. This edition will feature Downloadable content already installed on the game disk. Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road will all be included with the original game. Read On

Bioshock Infinite has had an interesting new mode confirmed today. In 1999 Mode, gamers face more of the permanent consequences of their gameplay decisions.
