Anarchy Reigns Details

SEGA are continuing the push on their new IP, Anarchy Reigns. They have released more details for the third person, futuristic action game. The over the top shooter is heavily focused on multiplayer action with co-operative and competitive modes available. Anarchy Reigns is scheduled for a January release on the PS3 and Xbox 360. As part of GamesCom 2011, SEGA have released more images for the next instalment of the Aliens franchise. Aliens: Colonial Marines pits the marines against the evil xenomorph beings. Last week we broke the news that Get Up & Dance – the latest title from O-Games will be releasing for the PlayStation Move on PS3 and the Nintendo Wii on 4th November. We have now been given part of the set list players will be moving and shaking to. The set list will feature both modern and classic tracks. New WWE 12 Screenshots from Gamescon

From the land of the sausage comes a number of new screenshots of this year’s wrestling game: WWE 12, which is set for release by THQ in the UK in November. These screenshots continue on from the current vain of screenshots previously shown, showing off the graphics and then look of the wrestlers, who’ll be beating each other up in the ring.

Silent Hill HD Collection Update

Konami have announced today that the exclusive to PS3 Silent Hill HD Collection is no longer exclusive to Sony’s home console and will in fact feature on rival Xbox 360 console instead. The HD collection is a remaster of the PS2 titles Silent Hill 2 and 3. As well as the upgraded graphics, new voice acting and trophy/achievements have been added to the titles. Read On

PS3 Price Drop

Sony have confirmed today that the 160GB Slim will drop to £199.99 as a RRP. This means that retailers could potentially sell the console at a lower price, with reports saying retailers are looking at £179.99 – the same price as a Nintendo Wii just 8 months ago! Read On
