AVICII Invector Encore Edition Coming To Meta Quest 2

Publishers Wired Productions and indie studio Hello There Games have announced that they will be bringing rhythm game/celebration AVICII Invector: Encore Edition to the Meta Quest 2 VR platform on 27th January 2022. Featuring 35 chart topping tracks such as Peace of Mind, Freak and S.O.S, AVICII Invector: Encore Edition is available to wishlist today.

AVICII Invector: Encore Edition is a futuristic rhythm game that sends you flying through numerous stages all set to the Swedish DJs best known tracks. Throughout the game’s seven worlds, the aim is to set the highest scores possible and with four difficulty levels, there is certainly a lot of challenge to be had. The addition of VR allows players to be immersed in the action as the worlds wrap around you and pull you directly into the action.

Tim Bergling, better known as AVICII tragically died in 2018. Hello There Games, who were developing the game with him at the time continued to work in conjunction with the Swedish DJ’s father Klas Bergling to finish the game as a tribute to the artist as well as a celebration of the music he created that is enjoyed by millions of fans across the globe.

All music royalties from each copy of the game sold will go to the Tim Bergling Foundation, which advocates for the recognition of suicide as a global health emergency and actively works to remove the stigma attached to suicide and mental health issues.

AVICII Invector: Encore Edition will be available on Meta Quest 2 on 27th January. AVICII Invector is currently available across all main console platforms and Steam now and all of the extra tracks included in the Encore Edition are available as DLC to the non-VR versions.
