Dragon Quest Monsters- Joker 2

Square Enix have revealed that Dragon Quest Monsters – Joker 2 for the Nintendo DS and is set for a release of 28 August. Players can recruit wild monsters to build a team and battle against other players in this turn-based role-playing game. Each year, monster scouts from around the world gather to compete for the title of world’s greatest scout.

Players crash-land on a mysterious island after their airship is struck by lightning. They must rescue their missing passengers and crew members by fighting various enemies using their own monster parties. The only way off the island is to solve its many mysteries.

There are over 300 monsters to scout in this spin off of the popular series and in true RPG style there are over 240 skill trees to customise each monster. TAG mode also see monsters from Dragon Quest VI & IX available to be scouted to join the team!

Players can battle over Wifi to prove that they are the best Monster Scout in the world. Up to eight players can join in in a local wireless match up.
