Dying Light 2 Stay Human Will Get A Deep Dive At Gamescom

We all love announcements for announcements but with Dying Light 2: Stay Human releasing at the end of the year and only being formally unveiled a few months ago, we think that it’s one to highlight. Developers Techland have announced that an episode of their development diary; Dying 2 Know Episode 3 will be showcased at gamescom 2021.

During the special gamescom episode, hosted by Lead Game Designer, Tymon Smektała the video will reveal more about the parkour and combat mechanics and showcasing a new gameplay trailer for Dying Light 2 Stay Human. This will take place on 26th August 26 at 7:00BST / 8:00 PM CEST.

The episode goes into detail on how parkour enhances the gameplay and the challenges surrounding the development of a realistic movement system within Dying Light 2, as well as how combat, both melee & with weapons, mixes into the free running style. We might also get a look at how to approach the different enemies within the game.

If Techland hadn’t have already pinched the pun, we’d say we’re dying to find out more but as it is, we’re looking forward to finally getting out hands on Dying Light 2 Stay Human when it releases on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One on 7th December & keep an eye on the site for all of the happenings at gamescom 2021.
