Gears Of War Judgment

Microsoft have today showcased the latest Gears of War game named Judgment. Set fifteen years before the original series, follows the exploits of Commander Baird and his team through the battle to save Earth. Unlike the new direction Halo has taken, Epic Games are still behind the development of the fourth entry to the series.

The game shows little of the gameplay aspects but shows Commander Baird and his squad being tried for treason, war crimes and just about everything under the sun, while the Earth crumbles. While the game may appear to have an E missing, the name is centred around the word Judgment meaning the outcome of a court ruling. The name outline something bigger – namely disobeying the outcome of a trail and returning to the field to kick arse.

The game will be more of a multiplayer focus than ever before but will still have an expansive single player campaign.

Gears of War Judgment will be released in 2013.
