Honey, I Joined A Cult Set For Early Access In September

Publishers Team 17 have announced that Honey, I Joined A Cult from Sole Survivor Games will be heading into Steam early access from 14th September. The game will put you in the shoes of the architect where you can build, manage and grow your cult into something the masses can’t help fall in love with.

Honey, I Joined A Cult is a management sim in the same vein as Sim City, except you’ll be building your own religion and brainwashing educating the masses. The design and layout of the property is down to you. From ‘hypno-chambers’ and bathrooms to monoliths and bedrooms, it is all there for you to build a successful place of worship. Once you’re happy with the compound’s look and feel, you can send your followers out to spread the word and recruit more supporters.

It’s not all plain sailing though. As architect, there are obstacles to overcome Threats from law enforcement, oppressive government bodies, and misinformed protesters have to be faced head on. Perhaps you can persuade them of the one true God (the one you’ve made up).
