It’sHappening release ‘Fully Loaded’ update for PlateUp!

Did cooking roguelike PlateUp! leave you with a hankering for more? Fear not! Developers, ItsHappening, have been busy in the kitchen, cooking up a ‘Fully Loaded’ update which promises to make the multiplayer mayhem even more fun.

Not satisfied with shifting 1.1m copies on Steam alone, two-man developer team have made some great improvements alongside a delicious new recipe that’s sure to draw in more punters! In response to player feedback asking for an easier way to redesign their kitchens, the update introduces a crane function, allowing greater flexibility in moving things around. It’s never been so easy to build your dream restaurant!

Also added is the ‘Dish Cabinet’; a new item which allows you to select any main dish to build your restaurant around, rather than being stuck with choosing from the a la carte options built in to each level. The final portion of the update might be the tastiest, in the shape of a delicious new taco recipe that’s now available. Customisable with a range of different toppings, it’s offers a tricky option for chefs looking to add a little more heat to their kitchen.

Joe and I took a big ol’ bite out of PlateUp! earlier this year and weren’t left disappointed. The ‘Fully Loaded’ update looks to add even more toppings to an already stacked menu – why not grab a buddy or two and give it a taste for yourself?
