Mario Tennis 3D dated and renamed

Nintendo have given us a date to save. Mario and co will be returning to the court on 25th May. Yes, Mario Tennis 3D or to give it the new and improved title – Mario Tennis Open will be on the shelves from 25th May, just in time for the strawberries and cream season to kick off!

In this itteration of the series, Nintendo have included online functionality for players to earn points and rise up the rankings, just like the real life players. Touch and gyro controls will be included to give different takes on the sport.

Expect to see StreetPass and Play Coin functions as well as the online play. Mario Tennis Open serves up on the Nintendo 3DS. I will stop with the tennis puns now.
