Sker Ritual Gets A New Trailer Ahead Of Gamescom 2022
Wales Interactive have dropped their latest trailer for their latest first-person horror shooter, Sker Ritual. The game is a follow up to Maid of Sker and will be heading to PlayStation and Xbox consoles as well as PC later in the year.
The latest trailer for Sker Ritual gives a look at the game’s elite characters, including the Banshee who can annoyingly teleport around the map to give players a headache. and the Marina who can shoot electricity from their diving helmet… obviously. Wales Interactive also confirmed that Sker Ritual will be releasing within the first three months of next year but for PC players, the game enters early access in October, just in time for Halloween.
The game is can by played either solo or with a team of up to four players who are trying to survive The Quiet Ones who are back from the series previous entry, Maid of Sker. The game isn’t a straightforward sequel so players can jump in cold.
The game features steampunk elements and this is reflected in the look of the characters as well as weapons. Steampunk weapons can be found alongside interchangeable masks that gives various character buffs. These will be needed as The Quiet Ones are endowed with super natural powers that forces players to think about how to approach each area within the game.
Sker Ritual will launch on PC in Early Access in October, with a full release scheduled for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One in Q1 2023.
