Square Enix Announces Sales Milestone For Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster
Square Enix have announced that the six titles which make up the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster bundle has passed a rather large sales target. Since releasing last month on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, the games have surpassed two million copies sold.
This figure represents the total number of physical copies as well as digital sales across all platforms. Final FantasPixel Remaster was originally launched on iOS and Android devices in 2021 before getting Steam release last year. With the arrival of the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions, it seems players have embraced the classic Final Fantasy games.
For those who haven’t taken the plunge, the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster collects the first six mainline titles in the J-RPG series into one bundle. The package brings all the magic of the original NES and SNES games, gives them a fresh coat of paint and combined with quality-of-life upgrades, all while staying faithful to the retro design of the genre defining series.
All six titles in the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series are available to buy across the various digital storefronts individually or as part of the wider bundle at a cheaper cost.
Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster is available now on Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4 and Switch.
