Tetris 3D Announced

Hudson Soft have announced that the game that has been around since time began is coming to the 3DS. Tetris 3D will be available October 2011. There will be over 20 different ways to play the game including Marathon, Computer Battle, Fever, and Survival. Tetris 3D also supports up to 8 players via Wifi to compete from all over the worlds on the various battle and party modes.

Party modes include Stage Racer Plus, Shadow Wide, Jigsaw, Tower Climber, Capture, Fit, Bombliss™, 
Sprint, and Master Mode, and by using SpotPass, there is also the chance to discover new items that help achieve the highest scores. Also Hudson have including Augmented Reality modes in the form of AR Marathon and AR Tower Climber. This means Tetris can literally be brought into the real world by using the 3DS camera.
