THQ Nordic Announce 10th Birthday Stream

It’s been a decade since THQ collapsed and was snapped up by Nordic games. Since then they’ve become one of the biggest publishers in the video game world. As the years have rolled by, and more studios have come under the umbrella of the Embracer Group as it’s now known, the chaps at THQ Nordic are celebrating their 10th birthday with a virtual bash.

Taking place across YouTube, Twitch and their various social platforms, the first official THQ Nordic digital showcase event will take place on 17th September 8 PM BST / 9PM CEST. As part of the celebration, hosted of course, by Geoff Keighley, promises to showcase six new games, and the return of series that hasn’t been seen ‘in decades’.

Personally, we’d love to see another Red Faction or the fourth official entry in the Darksiders series, but with the tease being something we haven’t seen for years, its safe to say it’ll be a deep cut. Along with the new announcements, expect to see new information and footage for Open-World-Sci-Fi-Fantasy RPG ELEX II, and upcoming CRPG Expeditions: Rome.
