Tomb Raider Information

Details have emerged for Lara Croft’s first full adventure in the Tomb Raider series since Square-Enix bought Crystal Dymanics back in 2009. The game starts off with Lara travelling to Japan in search of her next big adventure. When her boat is sunk in a storm, she awakes injured and washed up on a mysterious island.

It is up to Lara to find her way back to civilisation, however all is not what it seems on the island. As she explores, it quickly becomes clear that things are about to turn nasty. Crystal Dynamics have brought a number of enhancements to the game such as screen blurring when Lara is stunned or becoming weak from a lack of water or food.

The game is still away from completion and is set for release Christmas 2012. Check out the latest screens and trailer below:
