Vesper Zero Light Edition Comes To PC And Switch
One of the Indie games we’ve loved the look of is last year’s Vesper. It released on Steam last year and was a fun experience. Now developers Cordens Interactive are improving the original PC release along with bringing it to Nintendo Switch as Vesper: Zero Light Edition.
Vesper was one of the games we highlighted at our GamesCom Indie Booth last year and the Zero Light Edition is set to bring a lot more content to players when it releases later in May.
Vesper is a puzzle-adventure game taking place in a decaying world full of puzzles and mysteries to uncover. Your choices will change the future of an entire race as you guide a small android called Seven, throughout a world full of perils, and traces of an ancient civilization.
With no powers and no ability to defeat enemies that is, until he finds the Drive Gun, a weapon used to absorb lights, create darkness, and control minds. Until then, it’s a case of making progress by hiding from your pursuers and sneaking through enemy lines to reach your objective and decide Seven’s fate.
The game looks absolutely stunning and will certainly make use of those colours produced on the Switch OLED. The Zero Light Edition adds a number of additional extras:
- Tweaked gameplay
- Updated visuals
- Retooled puzzles and level designs
- New character assets
- Unlockable art book
Vesper Zero Light Edition is set for a release on 12th May for Nintendo Switch and is priced at £7.99. Players who own the original Vesper on PC will get the updates for no additional cost.
