PlayStation Network Coming Alive This Week

The troubled PlayStation Network will be coming back to users at some point in the next 7 days Sony have said today. The service has been down since 21st April. PSPgo Production Discontinued

Rumours are coming in thick and fast about the imminent demise of the Sony PSPgo for the UK. Reports are rife that Sony have ceased production of the machine in Japan and it would also appear that the Japanese Sony Store have removed the device from it’s website and Sony Store. This information is refuted however, but the clear signs that it still exists on the UK portal and is still purchasable.

Retailers are reporting a different story. The trade website, MCV have been advised that once retailers current stocks run dry, the distributors will have no replacement for the PSPgo, which coincides with the reports that production has now been discontinued. Read On
